Are your cleaning products Eco-Friendly?

Yes! Most of our cleaning products have an independent ‘A’ rating from the Environmental Work Group (EWG), one of the leading non-profits that independently rates a vast database of cleaning products.

What are your hours?

Monday - Friday 830am - 6pm are our normal operating hours. However, we can accommodate outside our normal hours (and weekends) on a case by case basis.

What is a Deep Cleaning?

How do you accept payment?

We will send you and invoice after your cleaning for your review, which you can pay by secure ACH. We also offer payment via all major credit/debit cards for a small fee. Alternatively, Zelle, cash, and check are also always welcome!


What is your cancelation / rescheduling policy?

Let us know at least 48 hours in advance, and we will happily reschedule you free of charge! Cancelations/Rescheduling within 48 hours are charged a $50 cancelation fee. (If you can help us fill the missed time slot, then no fee will be charged!).

What happens if I don’t pay an invoice by the due date?

Late fees may be assesed at a rate of 1% of the invoice total per day late.

What services do you offer for Vacation Rental / Airbnb / VRBO?

We customize our cleaning and turn-over preparation completely to your needs. Most clients request a general cleaning plus washing linens, making beds, and staging/stocking the property for the next guests. (Contact us to view our STR checklist).

Yes! If you would like us to use your products or have any special requests, please let us know in advance before your scheduled cleaning.

Our Story

We started our journey in the Short Term Rental business. Success in vacation rentals is highly dependent on the cleanliness and presentation of the property. However, finding a quality cleaning team that understands the needs of vacation rentals and high/fast turnovers, coupled with a high attention to detail and a reasonable price - now that is a challenge!

In fact, we never found a cleaning team that was able to meet our high standards, so we took on the task ourselves. After dozens of cleanings, we perfected the craft with the aid of the leading sanitation techniques in the industry. Numerous five-star reviews and personal notes complimenting the cleanliness of our property validated our efforts.

Today, we take the lessons learned, experience, and spirit from our founding and carry it forward to offer to the public the same service we greatly desired at the very beginning.
